I won't merge this because I think this is too much for what I originally intended the server status modifications. If full customization of every aspect is needed, it should be a ViaProxy plugin. There isn't much use to hardcode the player count in the config, because it wouldn't dynamically change with the actual amount of online players. The config option format is also weird (Player count and player lines should be separate options and not a single one)

The purpose of this for me is to hardcode the player count, useful to hide the target server's information to make them connect to it to know who's actually online. For example if you used 0/20 it would always look like an empty vanilla server and port scanning bots wouldn't see this as an important server, same with something big such as 100/100 taken as a popular/well-known server.

I understand, but this is out of scope for the builtin ViaProxy status overrides due to being too niche. You should handle this on the backend server or via a ViaProxy plugin (Just as you would if you for example use Bungeecord)
