BuildServerDetector.Detectedno longer includesIsWsl. TheIsWslproperty stays.A WSL session is usually a developer's own checkout, not CI. With WSL counted as a build server, diff tools never launched there, and Verify refused to rewrite source for an inline snapshot even under AutoVerify, while file snapshots were accepted.
Reverses #610. To make a local WSL run behave like CI, set a build server variable such as
TF_BUILD=True.Bumps the version to 20.8.0.
