✨(frontend) integrate BlockNote version history (copy of nperez0111/docs#1)

Purpose

This PR is a copy of nperez0111#1 ("integrate BlockNote version history into Docs"). It puts that work on the dev instance.

Changes

The commits are the same as in the original PR. They are not changed.

• Docs uses the BlockNote version history, and yhub stores the versions.
• The History panel replaces the old version modal.
• The panel has history debug controls.

How to test

1. Merge this PR into dev.
2. Make sure that the "Dev instance" workflow is successful.
3. Open a document and open the History panel. Make sure that the panel shows the versions.
