⬆️(frontend) update BlockNote preview packages to 3b7d4ec140

Purpose

Update the BlockNote preview packages to the pkg.pr.new build of TypeCellOS/BlockNote#3166 at 3b7d4ec140. Before, the packages used d7d51b2097.

What changes in the app

These changes apply only when the experimental option "+ re-created blocks" is set:

• Text typed into a re-created block: a block can be re-created more than once (for example, a type change and then a second type change). Text that a user typed into the last copy is now credited to that user. Before, part of it could be credited to the user of an earlier copy.
• Block moved into a deleted block: when the deleted block was garbage-collected before the earlier version, the moved block now shows as deleted without an author. Before, it showed "Deleted by" the user who moved it.

The build also includes the latest BlockNote main. This does not change the app.

Files

• src/frontend/package.json, src/frontend/apps/impress/package.json, src/frontend/servers/y-provider/package.json: the new build.
• src/frontend/yarn.lock: only the BlockNote entries change.
• CHANGELOG.md: the build id.
