This PR fixes a few correctness issues in the EDF scheduler.
SchedulableTick.statevolatile, it was read without synchronizationEDFSchedulerThreadPool.schedule()when the start is not set, as documented inScheduler#scheduleEDFSchedulerThreadPool.cancel()so a task cancelled while its tick is running is not rescheduled
