Context

Promote the synchronized native 0.17.4 candidate from dev/codestory-next. The selected source head is 09f3d0d; it is five commits ahead of main and carries the two Cursor fixes plus production-unreachable v3 preparation already reviewed in their owning PRs.

Release claim

CodeStory 0.17.4 ships one native candidate for macOS arm64, Windows x64, and Linux x64. The release must pass exact-head source stabilization, bumped-tree calibration, frozen-candidate acceptance, qualification, publication, marketplace delivery, installed-runtime identity, and live project-scoped readiness before this PR is ready to merge.
