Ready for review but not merge - requires merging monumenta-common PR in server-management, and then deploying the initial version and updating the depended-on version here.
Also note this PR is targetting compassfix to avoid merge conflicts - so that needs to get merged first and hopefully the target branch will get updated to master when that happens.
