Now putting "disable-spell-check" in a comment will temporarily disable spell checking. Use "enable-spell-check" in a comment to re-enable it.
Describe the 'spell-check-disable' and 'spell-check-enable' Also added slash before all single quotes. This bug was messing up pandoc's formatting.

The URL test had an obsolete URL for the SimpleITK dictionary.

The user can now put the 'spell-check-disable' command in the comments to temporarily disable spell checking. The 'spell-check-enable' comment will turn if back on.
