@htwangtw these are maybe a bit of a mess, but for the QC summary I thought we would want to know session passes and subject passes, i.e. not counting multiple runs etc. HCP-EP might be a special case since we are following their protocol of concatenation, do we want to drop subjects where any runs failed - I will check the paper. |

Would be great to get your feedback on this @htwangtw! I also have a notebook to look at the qc results with a few figures, should I push it or will that be more project specific?
