Introduce shared SwiftUI navigation, local Apple Intelligence digests, transactional status synchronization, native test plans and the GitHub-backed migration handoff. Keep legacy targets until replacement acceptance. Refs #45 and #46 through #56. Implemented with assistance from Codex. Full product acceptance remains open as documented in docs/reader/acceptance.md.
Set the results path from RUNNER_TEMP inside the test step, where runner state exists. Actionlint reproduces the original context error and accepts the correction with the documented Xcode 27 preview label allowed. Preserve outstanding acceptance gates and the unrelated legacy plist change.
