Keep table-to-table edges on left/right until about 50° of inclination instead of following the card aspect ratio (~25-30° on typical wide cards).

Fixes #135
Relationship lines were attaching to top/bottom from about 25–30° on typical wide table cards. Side (left/right) routing now continues until 50° of inclination so horizontally aligned tables stay connected on the sides.
