Motivation

• Finalize English localization by replacing the remaining Ukrainian strings in the documentation so the repository UX/docs are fully English.

Description

• Updated README.md to replace the Ukrainian refresh label Обновити with Refresh and to replace the footer tip Tip: Якщо пошта одразу не знайшлась, натисніть "Обновити" with Tip: If an email is not found right away, click "Refresh", and adjusted the surrounding explanatory wording for consistency.

Testing

• Searched the repository for Cyrillic characters with rg -n "[А-Яа-яЁёІіЇїЄє]" and confirmed there are no remaining non-English strings in the repository text files.
• Reviewed the README.md diff to confirm the edits are limited to the intended documentation lines and contain only the translation changes.
