Adds BoatInfo 1.1.0 to the Beta catalog for Windows x86.
BoatInfo is a configurable, responsive bottom-docked own-vessel information dashboard for OpenCPN. It displays user-selected vessel identity, navigation and onboard system data from OpenCPN and Signal K using a text-first maritime HMI.
