debian-armhf-24.04-noble is left at v0.1.3: its build failed in CI (libbz2-1.0:armhf unresolvable on the ubuntu-noble armhf runner, an upstream Ubuntu archive issue unrelated to the plugin), so no v0.1.4 tarball exists for it yet.

Metadata-only update for Mayara v0.1.4 (beta), following the same pattern as #1402.

All other 11 tarball URLs verified live (HTTP 200) before opening this PR.
