  • Consolidating gas & fees content across How Arbitrum Works and Build section
    • Build section has been converted to primarily a "how-to" with some high-level calculation info
    • Content regarding specifics of how fees work, specific formulas, and calculations have been split into gas-and-fees deep dive in How Arbitrum works
  • Gas and fees deep dive
    • Quite a bit of duplication has been removed
    • Reorganized content a bit to flow more logically

This is an oopsie. This file can be removed, as the content was moved. A redirect should suffice.

We probably talk about how to retire the "gentle introduction" term gracefully. The manual redirect would probably need to be changed for a better alternative.
