Migrated from 15.0 (the module never existed on 16.0 to 18.0), applying the 16.0, 17.0, 18.0 and 19.0 OCA migration guides, and moved from OCA/purchase-workflow to OCA/tier-validation (tier validation modules have their own repository since 19.0). - Bump version to 19.0.1.0.0 - Search view: validated/rejected fields no longer exist in base_tier_validation, filter on validation_status instead; "Needs my Review" uses the actual work.acceptance states - README: base_tier_validation now lives in OCA/tier-validation - Tests: BaseCommon + setUpClass, add a full tier validation flow (accept blocked, request, reviewer validates, accept allowed) - test-requirements.txt: purchase_work_acceptance from OCA/purchase-workflow#3190 until it is merged Depends on OCA/purchase-workflow#3190.
