19.0 [ADD]

Adds the website_sale_delivery_note module.

It lets the customer leave a note for the delivery carrier while filling the
e-commerce checkout. The note is:

  • saved on the sales order as soon as it is typed,
  • shown back to the customer on the address/payment step of the checkout,
  • carried over to the delivery picking of the order, where it appears in the
    shipping information of the delivery form.

Tests are provided for the JSON-RPC endpoint and for the propagation of the
note to the delivery picking.

@OCA/e-commerce-maintainers please review.

Friendly ping. This one already has a functional approval from @huan-tq and CI is green; it just needs a second review. @OCA/e-commerce-maintainers could someone take a look when you have a moment?
