  • Unify standard and multiplexed encrypted ingress on the same reusable VXLAN carrier implementation.
  • Preserve per-client isolation with unique VNIs, keys, XFRM state, marks, and generation checks.
  • Balance multiplexed groups across carriers and ensure correct teardown, cache cleanup, and startup recovery.
