Description
This pull request is the start of refactoring some of the underlying code in the end to end tests in order
There will be more pull requests to come under new tickets that will aim to both simplify the testing code to:
with this in mind please be aware when reviewing this pull request more improvements are to come but right now we need to finish creating tests
