Update about dialog

Some more updates to the about dialog in preparation for the upcoming RC:

• Increased the default height from 477 to 525 since the lists have grown quite a bit by now
• Sorted the lists of lead developers and regular developers alphabetically for consistency with the other lists (translators are sorted alphabetically by language name and there are exceptions for LePresidente (Project Lead) and Tannin (Original Creator) which are left at the top of the lists)
• Added new contributors since Add more contributors to the about dialog #2369:

• Added a "...and all other contributors!" line at the end of the "Other Supporters & Contributors" list, like we already have in the list of translators
• Auto-formatted the file in Visual Studio (it's best to ignore whitespace when reviewing the code diff by adding ?w=1 at the end of the URL in GitHub)
