instead for "$(HOSTDIR)" from main Makefile should also relocate e.g. "$(TOPDIR)/output/*/*/*/host" dirs

instead for "$(HOST_DIR)" from main Makefile should also relocate e.g. "$(TOPDIR)/output///*/host" dirs
should hopefully fix autotools calls in docker and local SDKs
