Updates the Microsoft JDBC Driver for SQL Server support matrix documentation to reflect that version 9.4 has moved out of mainstream support and should be listed among unsupported driver versions.
Changes:
- Removed the 9.4 row from the “12.x and older” mainstream support table.
- Added 9.4 to the “no longer supported” drivers table with its end-of-support date.
