• Run npm audit fix to pick up fixed transitive deps (@babel/*, ajv, estree-util-value-to-estree, http-proxy-middleware, joi, minimatch, nanoid, node-forge, picomatch, prismjs, serialize-javascript)

Fixed in commit fix: upgrade Node.js to 20. Docusaurus 3.10.2 requires Node ≥ 20. I've updated the workflow node-version from 18 → 20, updated the engines field in package.json, and regenerated yarn.lock.

@mchaamsler Dieser PR löst die meisten der Dependabot Alerts, dies restlichen sind transitive Abhängigkeiten von webpack-dev-server und betreffen ausschliesslich die lokale Entwcklungsumgebung.

Der Production-Build ist davon nicht betroffen, die Output-Dokumentation auf http://opendatadocs.meteoswiss.ch/ entsprechend auch nicht.

@mchaamsler ich habs angepasst, jetzt tut es wieder. Eine Version war noch nicht angepasst. Siehe auch #512
