This is a release cut that bumps the core monorepo from 1377.0.0 to 1378.0.0 and publishes
@metamask/kyc-controller0.14.0 (from 0.13.0). There are no source changes in the diff—only version fields and changelog housekeeping.The 0.14.0 changelog section documents what ships in this tag: optional
