feat: add theme toggle and --theme for screenshots - #27

- Toolbar switch for Auto / Light / Dark, remembered per browser and settable with `?theme=` - `screenshot --theme` picks the backdrop behind the device - Black cable on the dark theme - Drop the seams checkbox, `t` already toggles it
