fix(helm): rename chart to maps-playground#16

Chart name 'playground' caused helm package to produce playground-<v>.tgz, but the helm-oci-chart-releaser expects <repo-name>-<v>.tgz (maps-playground-<v>.tgz), failing the release job. Align chart name with the repository name. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
