Updates the Swedish (sv-SE) localization file to add previously missing UI strings, expanding coverage for settings, navigation, export, extension management, and presets.
Changes:
- Added missing translations for Settings window options (audio/appearance/editing) and FunctionBar actions.
- Added translations for TrackScrollView load/error messages and multiple Dialog strings (export workflow + extension management).
- Added translations for preset management, SideTabBar labels, and additional menu actions (merge/time signature/tools).
