Since construction of Directive inside of the Extender throws a lot of Angular errors, this moves the responsibility back to the main Angular application, while using the ExtenderSlotManager singelton to actually register components.

For integration of the DFG 3D plugin from #170, I've updated the plugin system to be more robust when exchanging data with the parent application.
