This PR makes a minimal effort to get the NABat integration workflow working again.
It creates an NABat version of the
pulse_metadatamodel and fixes the broken bits of the existing task definition for NABat spectrogram generation.Additionally, changes to the Species list meant that the
GET /species/endpoint needed to be updated to work with NABat recording IDs.To test, get an authentication token from the NABat portal and use the URL in
scripts/USGS/sampleUrl.txt. Verify that the URL creates an NABat recording and spectrograms, and you can see NABat annotations, and you can update your own NABat annotation from the UI. You might need to delete the existing NABat recording object for the specific file and the processing task that tracked the creation of any existing recording object for that file.
