Compatibility with RFC 6530

The updated RFC 6530 introduces support for non-ascii characters ( like ç ). Do you plan to be compatible with it?

I have given it any thought. Ruby is a international language used around the world. I feel that this gem should support international character sets. I'll look into it. Thanks!
