This statement is inconsistent with line 16 which states "No GitHub Actions workflows detected in .github/workflows". A GitHub Actions workflow exists at .github/workflows/develop.yml that runs on the develop branch and includes compilation, testing, and coverage reporting. The instructions should provide accurate information about the existing CI workflow.
