- 2-Agent teams: medium blue (#1e6dc7)
- 3-Agent teams: orange (#f7a254)
- Human: green (#347e49)
- Remove condition-specific colors to use team-based coloring
- Add Human Generalist Physicians key for scatter chart consistency
