docs: drop the wrong cause given for the full deploy disk

#320 added a sentence to the deployment doc saying the prod disk filled up because the deploy job kept three days of images. Its first prune reclaimed 0B, so that wasn't the cause, and the real one is still unknown. This removes the claim and keeps the description of what the job does.
