This release marks the current state of IntegerSignal as the v1 baseline.

The included unit test suite covers:

• fixed-point fractions and scaling
• core integer operations and bit-scaling helpers
• square root
• sine and tangent implementations
• low-pass, EMA, DEMA, signed, and strength filters
• color packing and HSV behavior
• linear interpolation

For some lower-level primitives, the test example also includes extended exhaustive coverage, including fixed-point fractions, square root, and bit-scaling behavior.

This release is just the source tag for the current library state.
