Goal

Refs AND-1695 — conventions 1.1.2 reads the snapshot timestamp once per build, so every module of a snapshot publishes under the same version.

Implementation

• All reusable workflow and action pins → v1.1.2 (7569373); streamConventions 1.1.1 → 1.1.2.
• Every pin is the commit SHA with a # v1.1.2 comment; tags can be moved, and these workflows receive the signing key and publishing credentials.

Testing

• ./gradlew buildEnvironment: plugin 1.1.2 resolved from stream-io-repo.com. BUILD SUCCESSFUL.
• actionlint passes on all workflows.
