Goal

Refs AND-1670 — conventions 1.1.1 fast-forwards main to the release branch instead of develop, so a commit landing on develop mid-release no longer fails the release or reaches main.

Implementation

• All reusable workflow and action pins → v1.1.1 (b7fed46); streamConventions 1.1.0 → 1.1.1.

Testing

• ./gradlew buildEnvironment: plugin 1.1.1 resolved from stream-io-repo.com. BUILD SUCCESSFUL.
• actionlint passes on all workflows.
