So clients can match a Request* uniqueKey against later ApplyRequests payloads in query-api.
Pass the Request DTO uniqueKey into saveRequest instead of stashing it on ctx. Apply Data items wrap the handler envelope so clients can match queued operations.
Replace the prose Data description with a decorated class so Swagger shows uniqueKey and the inner GalaChainResponse.
