I agree, I think we can just park it under https://eessi.io/docs/training-events/happy-hours-sessions/, and a a redirect in mkdocs.yml for https://eessi.io/docs/training-events/2025/happy-hours-sessions/ to avoid having broken URLs.

This was perhaps an experiment in 2025, but it's clear now that we'll keep having these sessions going forward, at least for the near future.

The mkdocs.yml already had:

 training/2026/happy-hours-sessions.md: training-events/2026/happy-hours-sessions.md
 training/2025/happy-hours-sessions.md: training-events/2025/happy-hours-sessions.md

It will be set to:

training/happy-hours-sessions.md: training-events/happy-hours-sessions.md

In its current state, this break the eessi.io/docs/2025/training-events/ URL, we should put a redirect in place.
