A real merge, so the merge base of #34509 moves to dc81680 and the conflicts the squashed syncs (#35294, #35315) kept replaying are settled. Beyond the textual conflicts: - pnpm-workspace.yaml: main and the branch each added a minimumReleaseAgeExclude key; they are one list now. - visual-tests-demos.yml: the branch's testcafe-frameworks-changed job takes the Chrome 153 that main moved every other job to. - fluent-next-naming baseline: the AIPoweredDetailView demo from main reads --dx-component-height, so it is no longer unused.
