CI here failed only on apps/desktop/scripts/prepare-ccusage-sidecar.test.mjs ("the optional native package @ccusage/ccusage-darwin-arm64 is missing for aarch64-apple-darwin"), which is unrelated to this bump. 28a1302b ("fix(ci): qualify ccusage on the runner host") fixed that on main after this branch was cut. Rebasing to pick it up.
