…ures Tecnativa ships ALLOW_START/STOP/RESTARTS/PAUSE/UNPAUSE (the last two in their v0.5.0, 2026-07-27), the same partial per-action control the README table already credited LinuxServer with. The table marked Tecnativa's row wrong and inconsistent with itself. Metrics, hot-reload, and the audit log schema also default to off (SOCKGUARD_METRICS_ENABLED, SOCKGUARD_RELOAD_ENABLED, SOCKGUARD_LOG_AUDIT_ENABLED), plus the watchdog on wollomatic's row (SOCKGUARD_HEALTH_WATCHDOG_ENABLED). The README table and all five compare pages showed them as an unqualified Yes against every competitor's No, which reads as always-on. Those cells and one FAQ answer now say opt-in. Read-side redaction rows are untouched since those keys default true.
chainguard/static is assembled from Wolfi packages, but "Wolfi-based" alone reads as a full Wolfi userspace with apk and a shell, which the runtime image doesn't have. Describe it as it actually ships instead: a distroless chainguard/static base, no shell, no package manager, running as UID 65532 from PID 1 with no privileges to ever drop - the stronger and still-accurate claim, and the one that actually beats 11notes/docker-socket-proxy's scratch-plus-setuid-to-1000 pitch.
