Executive Summary
- competitive analysis revealed that our competitors focused on Ai generation of information which while allowing them to gather general data for ease of use it made flawed cheat sheets. We took this and based our application with user input allowing for the information to be more accurate and focus on user customization
- Heuristic evaluation of our competitors revealed they had significant weakness with their product while it was easy to produce cheat sheets their quality was low and the products they produced were sloppy to the point of detriment. This gives us a area that we can focus on for a competitive edge over our competition.
- Users of this type of service will prefer a product that requires a low effort input to use but will desire a quality result
- Development of personas and scenarios confirm the findings of our analysis and evaluations. Our Users want
-
- Something powerful that is easy to build.
-
- Products that are easy to understand and do not hurt to try and read
-
- An application that can be used with a surplus of information
- The Sketches and Diagrams implement basic essential features, like a minimal UI with compartmentalized menus for formatting, error handling with post generation editing, and the ability to save and export generated cheat sheets
Executive Summary
