Fix for Bug (AST-126909)

Description

This fix updates the current implementation of the iac-security-platforms filter.
Previously, when a user supplied the --iac-security-platforms flag (with any platform value), the filter was not applied as expected.
This change ensures that the provided platform value is now correctly honoured during execution
