Custom Biological Python and R scripts related to computational biology

1. This repository contains custom R and Python scripts related to different common tasks performed in regular biological analysis in genomics and computational biology.
2. All the scripts can be examined in the Jupyter Notebooks and R codes within the "scripts folder" present in this repository, most of the data generated from those scripts can be found in the "data folder", however, some of the scripts were built based on private data and that is why it is not shown, nevertheless, the scripts are designed for easy understand and for any kind of data
