Update Flappy Bird to v1.0.3

• Fixes frame flickering on ESP32 / Cardputer via dirty rectangle differential redraws.
• Scales the bird, pipes, gap, ground, and physics dynamically on larger screens (such as Lilygo T-Embed 320x170 and CYD 320x240) so graphics remain clear and proportional across all hardware models.
