Derive assignment names from normalized full scope, tenant-local principal ID, and role-definition ID. Use scoped Microsoft.Authorization/roleAssignments resources with API 2022-04-01 and principalType ServicePrincipal. Preserve incremental deployment and existing grants. Adds a V2 Azure Storage Blob connector template to the connector template library, using a first-party application instead of the multitenant application.
Changes:
- Configures service-principal selection and
ManagedServicePrincipalauthentication. - Includes queue, Event Grid, and role-assignment provisioning.
- Defines ingestion resources, connector UI, and content package metadata.

Add storage account request context, preserve Event Grid topic identity state, and support account-scoped sender grants with create/reuse modes. Isolate connection resources behind the grid and context-pane UI while retaining first-party collector authentication and migration-safe role assignments.
