.github/workflows/npf-pr-labeler.yamlto automatically apply the New Publishing Flow (NPF) tracking labels (Migration,Validation,Qualification, along withSolutionandXDR) on pull requests touchingSolutions/**:Migration(+Solution,XDR): Applied when a PR adds or updatesSolutions/<Solution>/(XDR Detections|XDR Workbooks)/**.Validation(+Solution): Applied when a PR includes NPF validation artifacts (Solutions/<Solution>/Evidence/pr-qualification/pr-qualification-result.json,workflow-state.json, ordecision-manifest.json).Qualification(+Solution): Applied when a PR includes live lab qualification receipts (Solutions/<Solution>/Evidence/qualification-evidence.json,receipts/alert-parity-live.json,receipts/workbook-queries-live.json,receipts/arm-deployment-readback.json, orreceipts/graph-detection-deployment.json).Uses
