Description
This PR was crafted in accordance to the "Learning from Production" section of the testing strategy.
We get user-generated reports on issues in lints and in the Chrome Extension routinely, but I have never taken the opportunity to perform analysis on this data. This PR introduces pages on the web (hidden in production) that shows this data in an actionable form.
