test(webdav): cover recursive mutation merge branches

Summary

• cover recursive COPY merge ordering for source-only, matching, and destination-only children
• verify invalid backend child names fail before file mutation
• isolate the defensive merge-failure stop path so a module test can exercise the private invariant boundary

Coverage

cargo llvm-cov -p aster_forge_webdav --lib --test mutation --lcov --output-path /tmp/aster-forge-issue-27-final.info reports no zero-count changed production lines in mutation.rs. This follows up the 7 missing patch lines reported on #28.
