Overview
Bumps the smol-toml devDependency in package.json from 1.7.1 to 1.8.0 (Dependabot npm-all group). No application or script source changes.

The library is used only for TOML parsing in scripts/mcp/unity-mcp.mjs (e.g. Codex .codex/config.toml merge/configure). Upstream 1.8.0 adds Temporal API stringify support and parser refactors; this repo does not call stringify, so behavior should stay the same for existing parse paths.
